Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale acquisition across paid and organic channels, turning data into predictable growth. You’ll be responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting across key platforms, working closely with design, development, and account teams.

Your responsibilities, among others, include:

  • Building and executing full-funnel performance strategies (lead-gen + eCommerce).
  • Planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn (Search, Performance Max/Shopping, Display, YouTube, Remarketing, Lead Gen).
  • Structuring accounts correctly (campaigns, ad groups, audiences, creatives, bidding, budgets, pacing).
  • Writing clear hypoteses, running experiments, and iterating based on results (A/B testing mindset).
  • Handling measurement and tracking (GA4, GTM, pixels/tags, UTMs, conversion events).
  • Creating dashboards and reports (weekly/monthly), translating numbers into clear actions.
  • Driving SEO outcomes (keyword research, on-page optimization, content briefs, coordinating technical SEO fixes).
  • Improving landing pages and funnels with a CRO mindset (conversion rate, CPA, lead quality).

Skills and requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience (agency or in-house).
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads (prospecting + retargeting).
  • Practical experience with LinkedIn Ads (B2B targeting, Lead Gen forms, website conversions).
  • Strong SEO foundation (Search Console + GA4, keyword research, on-page + basic technical SEO).
  • Confident with tracking concepts and collaborating with developers when needed.
  • Strong communication and ownership, you can prioritize, execute, and explain decisions clearly.
  • Proactive communicator with strong ownership and the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Fluent in English or German, as most of our clients are German-speaking.
