Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can lead visual work across brand, product, and print someone who combines strong concept thinking with pixel-perfect execution. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and development to deliver consistent, high-quality design that drives results.
Your responsibilities, among others, include:
- Owning and evolving brand identities (logos, color systems, typography, design language).
- Creating brand guidelines and maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
- Designing marketing assets for web and social (ads, landing visuals, banners, email graphics, presentations).
- Supporting UX/UI work for websites and web apps (wireframes, user flows, UI screens, prototypes).
- Collaborating with developers to ensure smooth handoff (components, spacing, responsive behavior).
- Designing print materials end-to-end (brochures, flyers, business cards, roll-ups, packaging).
- Preparing files for production (bleed, trims, CMYK, print-ready PDFs) and coordinating feedback with printers.
- Presenting concepts clearly and iterating based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
Skills and requirements:
- 4+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding + UX/UI + print work.
- Excellent visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and attention to detail.
- Confident with Figma (UX/UI) and Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or similar).
- Understands usability principles and can design for conversion (not just aesthetics).
- Able to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Proactive communicator with strong ownership.
- Fluent in English or German, as most of our clients are German-speaking.
