Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Brand Designer to join our team. If you have a passion for crafting visually compelling brand identities and a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!
Your responsibilities, among others, include:
- Developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities for a diverse range of B2B and B2C clients.
- Creating visually striking assets, including logos, typography, color palettes, and comprehensive brand guidelines.
- Designing creative marketing materials that align with existing brand guidelines in collaboration with our marketing team.
- Transforming client visions into powerful, strategic, and aesthetically pleasing brand experiences.
- Staying ahead of design trends and utilizing innovative solutions to enhance brand impact.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Skills and requirements:
- 5+ years of design experience in a creative agency or an in-house design team.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, XD).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and receive feedback.
- Solid understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling.
- Ability to handle deadlines and manage multiple projects in an organized manner.
- A passion for modern design trends and the ability to apply them strategically.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus, as most of our clients are German-speaking.
