About the role

We’re looking for a B2B Call Agent with fluent German to open doors into the German Mittelstand. You’ll be the first voice our future clients hear — introducing them to a rare opportunity: state-funded business coaching where eligible companies get up to 80% of the cost reimbursed through official German funding programs.

This is not anonymous mass calling. You’ll work with a curated pipeline of small and medium-sized companies, have a genuinely valuable offer to present, and a clear goal: qualified conversations that turn into on-site appointments for our Marketing Experts. You open the door — our experts walk through it.

Responsibilities

• Contacting German SMEs by phone and introducing the state-funded coaching opportunity (up to 80% reimbursed) in a clear, honest, compliant way
• Qualifying companies against the funding programs’ eligibility criteria (company size, years on market, industry) using our guided checklist — no guesswork, the platform does the math
• Booking on-site appointments for our Marketing Experts and managing the follow-up until the visit happens
• Supporting prospects and existing customers by phone and email — answering questions, sending information, keeping momentum between first call and signed engagement
• Maintaining a clean pipeline in our CRM: every call logged, every lead staged, every appointment confirmed
• Handling objections professionally and knowing when a “not now” is a follow-up in three months, not a dead end
• Working hand-in-hand with our Marketing Experts — briefing them before visits, closing the loop after

Skills & Requirements

• Fluent German (C2 / native level) — spoken and written; you’ll be on the phone with German business owners daily
• Proven B2B sales or telesales experience — you’ve cold-called before, you’ve booked appointments before, and you can show it
• Comfortable talking to Geschäftsführer and decision-makers as equals — confident, warm, never pushy
• Strong listener: you qualify by asking, not by pitching harder
• Self-organized and reliable — you own your call blocks, follow-ups, and numbers without being chased
• Proactive communicator with strong ownership and the ability to work independently
• Working English for internal communication; experience with CRM tools is a plus
• Familiarity with German SME culture or funding programs (INQA, BAFA) is a plus — we’ll train you on the details
